This class is geared toward learning the apprentice judging of honey at fairs as well as those who want to learn about the ins and outs of entering honey contests.
Instructors: Jim Thompson, John Grafton and Carmen Conrad will be the instructors.
Cost: $50 for Members, $70 for non members (Includes membership)
Includes Jim Thompson’s book on honey judging and lunch
This class is will count for 4 hours toward the Master Beekeeping Program.
Registration is open until Monday, February 4th, but class size is limited to 25.
