- 1 (16 oz) bag of slaw mix (or broccoli slaw)
- 2 T. diced onions
- ½ c. mayonnaise
- ¼ c. honey
- 1 T. cider vinegar
- ¼ c. diced red or yellow peppers (optional, but it does add lots of great color and crunch)
- Combine slaw mix, onions and peppers in a bowl.
- Mix together remaining ingredients.
- Pour over coleslaw.
- Chill a few hours before using.
