Two weeks later, a recent heavy late-season freeze may have taken a toll on the colony. John and Jim inspect the colony to see how it can be helped. The queen cells seen earlier are revisited. They have been destroyed. Mature drones are now plentiful. The colony is okay, but not thriving.
